In the manual it tell me to check it along with adjectives the other items listed. I cannot find it anywhere. I follow that if you hear it "spuealing a little" the fluid should be changed because it breaks down after xxx amount of miles. help
Answers: usually it is on the firewall, on the drivers side, a small bonnet says brake fluid. I disagree beside the squealing being due to the fluid, i.e. the brake shoes. I've also never heard of shifting the brake fluid, Be careful , some one might notify you to lube your muffler bearings. Good luck!
It's the plastic reservoir higher than the master cylinder. It may be covered by a plastic shroud, but it will say "brake fluid only" DOT 3 etc.
