Any mechanics who know nearly antiquated trucks?
The owner's manual should own told you if you know where to look. Most of these filter aren't spin on type,they are cartridge filter and may be in the grease pan,some are aft a small door behind the battery-operated,I know sounds stupid,but I've seen this back.If all else fail call the dealership.
