I have lost the spare jack that come with my sports car and I am thinking about buying a up to date one. Does anyone have any suggestions? I want to work greatly on my car (underbody, tire rotations, brakes, etc..) and I also inevitability one in shield my tire goes flat doing a tour. I have tried a bottle jack, but even the smallest one doesn't fit below my car. Would a floor jack be honourable? Should I also buy a scissor jack for my trunk or can I put the floor jack in the trunk? Thanks.
Answers: You can buy a small floor jack that is to say easily put within your trunk but also purchase a couple of safety stands and use these any time you are working on the vehicle that method you have the mechanism to lift the motor and a safe path to work on it Lots of luck !!!!
Buy the floor jack. It is safer. If you are working under your coup¨¦, Make sure you use jack-stands. It will go within your trunk.
