Why can't i lock or unlock the driver door of my 1996 majestic marquis when it's cold outside?

has nil to do with rime because it happens when it's dry. i also oilspray once a year. btw...my wiper blades dont rest surrounded by the down position also....is it an easy fix?

Answers: Last year Ford come out with a up to date lubricant for all door locking mechanism. Unfortunately you and I can't buy it from Ford as it's a dealer one and only product. As I remember it has Teflon contained by it as well as other highly light counterweight lubricants.

I'm sure you remember the old Tri-Flow spray that be taken off the marketplace years ago. It smells the same but is a lighter viscosity.

I be having door lock problems later winter and the body dept. at the Ford dealer fixed-up adjectives four doors for $35. or $40.00. The Ford garage also said the use of anything heavier (higher viscosity) attracts more dust and dirt.
