Answers:    Depending on how much, you probably have a trunk stamp leak, and dampen is seeping into your trunk and saturate the padding hindmost there. Pull up the stuff to see if it's wet and if rust is starting to form - get hold of the seal fixed, if so.

If everything is dry but the inside of the lid, that shouldn't be a problem, though I'd merely expect to see that if you live in an nouns of high humidity combined next to large heat swings.

Assuming you have the interior steam on, some of the heat will soak into the trunk. Making it a bit stove and the cold trunk lid will form condensation. This doesn't usually happen during the summer because A/C wont cool satisfactory to cause the different reaction.
