Would this be a sign of moisture surrounded by the brake lines?

First thing in the morning when I give up your job my driveway I brake at the end of the driveway and my brakes work fine.I go up to the stop sign which is something like a half mile away and push the brake and it feels approaching I lost power and I am manual stopping the car, but it simply lasts a second or two. Then it is fine from there on out. And this one and only happens on really really cold mornings.

Your brake system is a closed hydraulic system. There is no way for moisture to get into the brake lines unless you or someone else have made improper repairs to the system.

I'd go next to the previous answer and check the vacuum lines at the master cylinder booster, or the booster itself, for air leaks.
