I took my car to the dealership to hold the electronic windows motor fixed and while at the shop openly someone open one of the compartments and took a coupon for a free video rental -- I have a bokklet of 6 and when they turned in my vehicle there be only five. I checked the compartment because I have a little stain that was openly moved)
I know it was no body else because not a soul but me gets into my sports car and I'm sure I had six coupons not here in the booklet.
The coupon is worth roughly speaking $4.20
The value is not much at adjectives, but I wouldn't trust the dealership with my sports car again.
WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
Answers: Definitely mention it. I wouldn't make a big accord about the money, a short time ago tell the SM that you aren't really concerned just about $4.20, but you want him to know he has someone dishonest working at hand. He should be able to digit it out and the person will almost absolutely be fired. Regardless of whether you get recompensated it's the right point to do. Believe me they want to know before it turns into something worse, approaching cash and useful personal items. Perhaps they've suspected someone and this will clinch it.
And they do not want you to be in a position to let somebody know everyone not to go near because of thefts. Reputation is too dear to squander. People with a upright experience will tell 5 general public about it, discouraging experience they will tell 20. Word of that $4.20 pocketing could end up costing them big time.
Call the service organizer and tell him what happen and that you wont be bring your car to them for repairs again>
