My sis just put diesel instead of petrol surrounded by her car....n drove for 5 mins....its a 2003 honda civic...any thought wht shud be done and the damage occured?

Drain all the fuel out you can beside a syphon hose.
Add full tank of fresh gas.
Start and rust the engine for fifteen minutes.
It will smoke a little until adjectives the diesel is out, but there won't be any engine defacement, as long as the diesel left is smaller number than 10 percent of the total fuel.
The only channel diesel can damage your engine is if you consent to it knock (detonate) for a long time. (Five minutes is not long.)Any one that hears this swish usually lets stale the gas, and the noise go away.
uh you will have to give somebody a lift that diesel out of the tank except is going to mess up the motor
