1000 watt kenwood amp?

Does it shut off because it is a unwanted items amp or because i have something wired wrong, im using the right guage of line and it says it can switch 1000 watt max. Kenwood KAC-8101D amp. Also it is bridged.

My speakers go mute, facilitate? CADILLAC ...



Answers:    Are you running the amp with its proper ohms nouns?You mentioned you brigded the amp...Most amps are only proficient of handling a 4ohm load when brigded.Make sure that you enjoy 1 sub that it is rated at 4ohms..OR....If you enjoy 2 subs then; both wired together will create different ohms depending the ohm rating of speakers and how they are wired.If you hold 2-4ohms subs,then you requirement to wire them surrounded by series.Here is a link that will explain

and if that doent work,check and construct sure you are net getting any strands of cable touching each other on the speaker output of amp and on the voltage/remote/ground parts as all right.If this looks good check that you hold the amp properly grounded.If that still doesnt help,later check with a meter to ensure proper voltage from mobile and from accessory access point or "remote"chain.Thats about as far as I be in motion,then its sour to the shop.But if anyone else can think of any second things that can be done...Im interested in study new things

1000 split that by two speaker... 50/50.. kenwood are really NO GOOD presently.. .. sell it past its sell-by date, go buy two amp at 300 watts at 8omh.. presently that should give you some dirt quick bass...
