Is 150 watts RMS enough for a single JL Audio 12w3v2 in a hermetic enclosure ?

That sounds angelic in my truck, because I am running 4 of them. But if you have only one sub, you will want to get the most out of it that you can. So, 300 - 350 watts would be great.
