On sunday i had an amp and subwoofers installed in my saloon. Yesterday the amp just didn't turn on. I was wondering if anyone have a good website with pictures or could explain to me how to check if the wires are adjectives installed properly.
It is installed in the trunk with the subs. It is cold here, probably just about 35 degrees when the amp shut down.
positive battery terminal to the positive amp terminal. chassis ground to cynical amp terminal. and remote wire to the back of your cd player remote flex. if all those are right the amp should turn on. also check for in column fuse on positive wire. and fuses on the side of the amp
Answers: If you had it 'professionally' installed, and you haven't touched any settings on the amp or anything, consequently take it to where you have it installed and demand they fix it.
