Is it better if the front and flipside speakers have duplicate watts ??

Answers: Yes it is a good impression, but more importantly you should match the sensitivity ratings. You can other adjust to give the speakers equal power, but if the sensitivity is different one set would nouns louder with like peas in a pod amount of watts. Also try to match the frequency response, and manifestly impedance.
