i have a really outdated kenwood cd player in my motor and my freind said to play his burnt dvd-r cd.I said thats impractical, but when he put it in,bingo it works. he merely had 18 songs, but how do i clear a cd like dvd-r resembling that and can i put more songs to really fill up that dvd

A player which can individual play CDs can NOT, under any circumstances, read the background contained on a DVD. The disc he inserted into your old Kenwood disc player was only a standard CD.
