Can you see Headrest TV's or flipdown monitors on through a 5% tint?

yeah they're still marked. slightly, but you can still see them. mine is visible and i own limo tint

Visibility vary depending on on whether there is more pale outside or inside.

5% tint all-around is illegal everywhere.

Answers: yes u can my buddy has 5 percent adjectives the way around and u can see his 10 inch flip down and his two headrest tvs, what happen is at night u can see through the tint when neons or tvs are on because they are so bright. but hey if i enjoy five tvs i would want them to be seen after spending adjectives that money. good luck consent to them be seen!!!!!
