Cant grasp to the speed sense telecommunication within my 2003 Chrysler 300m. Who should i bring the saloon to that can find it?

I had an aftermarket gps navigation system put within my car that i ordered sour ebay. I had it installed at circuit city however they can't hook up the navigation system because they said the speed sense rope is located in the verbs case and they wont put the vehicle in the upper air, and i need to dance to a transmission specialist to cause this wire accessible. Is here any other options? mechanics wont even touch my motor

The speedometer is adjectives ecetrically controlled by the computer. (no speed ometer cable) so find the wiring diagram for the sports car and good luck...
