Car Audio system hookup?

well, im going to be buying a 15" 4500 max/ 2250 rms watt sub and then 2 10" i believe 1000max/600 rms watt subs, and a 2 trench, 4000 watt amp, 15" will be hooked at 2 ohms and the 10 inch at 4 ohms

# 2 x 1000 RMS at 4 OHMS
# 2 x 2000W MAX at 4 OHMS
# 1 x 4000W MAX at 4O HMS Bridged
# 2 x 1650W at 2 OHMS these are the amp specs

is there a way to hook up the 2 10" subs to this near the 15" also or am i only going to be able to hook one up beside the 15"(or have to get another amp for the other 10" sub)

audio experts/very experienced replies solely please

i'm sorta new to the car audio scene some prior experience not much strange

Ok..round or eliptical speakers?

Answers:    Just so you know.

If your total system power is a 1000 watts RMS or more you will need to:

1. Upgrade the alternator to a high output alternator
2. Upgrade to a bulky duty deep cycle battery
3. Upgrade the "Big 3" - i.e. to replace the power wire between the battery and alternator, the ground from the battery-operated to the chassis and the ground strap from the engine/tranny to the chassis with at least 2 AWG telecommunication.

Failure to do this will result in you replacing them anyway as the alternator will eventually fail.

Here is a guide that will multiply what size alternator and power wires you need as well how to set the gain http://www.datafilehost.com/download.php...

You'll necessitate Microsft Excel to use it.

A second battery is never a good theory as it's just an added strain on the alternator unless you plan on running the system with the engine past its sell-by date.

A cap is only well brought-up so far as the audio system isn't trying to pull too much from the electrical system. A cap doesn't provide more power, it's designed to 'stiffen' the voltage to the amp, nought esle. If the current isn't there, a cap won't assistance.
