on a iso connector.. one end (the small white end) fits in the subsidise of the radio. The other end (the larger black connector) fits into -another plug from the car ?? if so, how do i know that the other plug is wired up within a way that matches the other??.. freshly cus it fits dont meant the wires are in the right place or does it?.. are the speaker wires across the world all along the bottom row? and the Red Black and Yellow ones (whatever they are) go surrounded by the top hapf of the plug.?
