The rear speaker of my foreign car have a strong white noise/buzz noise. I turned the switch to stage II without starting the motor yet. I hear those buzz noise even my radio/CD is not turn on. Is that commonplace? It's kind of loud to me. I won't hear my computer speaker/sub-woofer until to put my ear subsequent to it.
I don't have much experience beside car speakers. Any comments and opinion are welcome! Thanks!

Sounds approaching your not correctly hooked up to the amp. Next make sure your rca cable are routed away or on the other side of the car, away from your power cable.
