im looking at stereo systems for my car. i inevitability to know what i need to buy on a budget of a ccoulple hundred dollars.i dont know much more or less this stuff so if u could explain all the parts i hold to buy that would be great. thanks
Answers: very well.. this question could use some more detail. because i've hear people send for subs and amps a system.. but a complete system would be every component of the stereo system. Well honestly i would say if you own a newer car that have a bose, infinity, mach 1 or other stereo system in your vehicle you already have a nice start and you more later likely want to append more depth to your music.. the best place to start is a line out converter for your system, and add on a amp and subwoofer.
or if your price range is something like 500 grab a clad cd player and amp and sub package.
but a complete system consist of:
adjectives your amps : to add that extra liquid to subs and or speakers
wiring - for the amps, and speakers and subs
sub(S)
speakers
Head Unit - Heart of the System
external or internal Cross overs (not needed)

but if you catch a hold of me w/ a message or something i'll gladly support you design a budget system that will help you permeate your needs of a stereo system.

A perfect stereo is not cheap a , a descent radio should already be your car unless its pretty infirm. I would start with a deck and/or different door speakers. Later you can go next to an amp and subs. If you wanna get really fancy you obligation more money. For most I think of late a good deck and element door speakers is all you stipulation. Don't cheap out here spend the little extra and get something apt. Go to a reputable stereo shop and listen to all the different stuff they get if you cant tell the difference seize the cheap stuff.
