Cracked subwoofer?

i got in a coup�� accednint and my sub looks like this its cracked but the question is will it affect my bass?

you might be able to fix it, certain kindly of glue, forget the name,
my friends done it in the past,
but the sub never sounds quite the same, dance to an audio shop see what they say.
Also see if your warranty will cover it, or insurance from the wreck, you might be able to draw from a couple hundred extra because of the sub.

Just saw it, I'd replace it.
If it was the old dissertation kind, you could use speaker glue and paste it.

How do I fix a broken power...

well lookie here a cracked mtx sub...what made the sub crack? mine had a vertical crack from cone to surround i used hotglue to fix it only sand down the parts that the glue is going to touch. then use rubbing alcohol to seize dust and stuff off of the spot u sanded...afterwards mate up the 2 peices so u cant see the crack if its possible then glue it and turn in a swirling motion to remove air bubbles n stuff also brand the glue extra thick around the crack it might work it might not...it worked for mine and sounds alot better.and answer to yer other quiz YES it will affect the bass majorly sound like crap nouns like u got stacks of cans in the hindmost.dont use silicone destroys the foam and its not stiff enough for subs
