Guitar Tuning?

So I had my electric guitar for a while and it come with a crappy tuner that never worked, so i threw it to the side and lately tried to tune by ear. But then Yesterday i get a Korg Ga-30 for Christmas and i sat down and tried to tune it. And the one and only string that tuned correctly was the low E. SO when i go to tune the other 5 strings the tuner always go to G or A. Any Clue How to help me? Cause i a bit be playing my guitar then tryting to tune it over Christmas break.

I am thinking of buying a Sony...

Answers:    I'm from oklahoma and going to grant you the quick and dirty redneck guitar tuning guide....If you aren't tone deaf you can capture close....Probably close enough to procure the tuner to pick up the right string or even tune the thing if your ear is biddable enough.

Starting next to the low e you have tuned press the fith fret, and tune the low e to the subsequent string which will be A. Repeat this on all strings except for the subsequent to last string. On the G string.....(no pun intended) you will want to hold the string on the 4th fret to tune the subsequent string....the B string. Once the b string is tuned go hindmost to the fith fret on the b-string to tune the last string..the elevated E....

EADGBE....

Looking for honest speakers for my motor.?

I have matching tuner, it should work unless you are completely out of tune or have it set on bass instead of guitar perchance?
