Isographite is a material which is used in industry for several different applications, due to its ability to handler high temperature. So what does this do for your car audio amp? One it gives it a cool identify and two it might keep it at a stable temp. For the most parts its the cool name not the temp regulation. I enjoy been dealing with amps not in recent times in car audio but also from an Engineers point of picture for years, yes they can get hot but which can effect the sound aspect because increase in heat will incentive an increase in circuit Z but this is not the case for most consumer products surrounded by most cases you will never know.
For a good choice amp, I recomend MTX I have never have bad luck with them, one of my abused amps last me 10 years with no issues. hey if you or anyone you know has techinical question and wants ANY specific answers just make the addition of me to your myspace myspace.com/techguru1 I will be more then happy to help out.
