Have already disconnected battery(by mistake) and have code. Cannot find past SAFE.
Answers: From memory you start to type contained by the code using the buttons 1 -6 then hold down the as switch, but i'm sure you have to put the ignition on for a length of time, depends on how tons times the code has be input incorrectly. Good luck
If its an old one you can try putting it surrounded by the fridge for a day or so to pilfer all of the charge outta the component which totally resets it.
I've done this a couple times, although it broke the player one of the times, but the cost of going to vauxhall is probly not far off buying a unmarked cd player anyway.
