hi have bought nouns of neons and installed them under my coup¨¦ today. wires them all into the right place. but when i connect them to the wipe out swictch they just stay on and wont turn bad. there is a power slot, ground slot and acc slot. so i own tryed putting both live and ground on the acc slot and all it keep doing is blowing the fuse, all i want is for them to turn bad from the switch. i must be doing something wrong can someone please help me
Answers: Of the two wires from the neon rope, connect one to frame next to metal screw or to Negative ( - ) side of battery. The other flex, if you want to have neons come on next to parking lights, tap into one of the live switched parking pale wires (in trunk or a front fender or grill). Or you can add a switch on fly and wire to the switch and after from switch to Positive ( + ) side of battery. Don't forget to add on a blade fuse holder near mobile to protect circuit. Can get from parts store a nifty fuse holder that installs by adjectives wire, next insert both ends into fuse holder and crimp (with crimp tool or pliers). Or there may already be spare auxiliary fused taps on the fuse block,
hi at hand first of all power slot is continuous nurture from battery auxiliary wires wire this inon a fused circuit. the ground cable as it says to globe. the accessory line is the switch wireso this is the wire that the nurture has to be turned sour with switch very soon how are you wiring these if you want them on near your lights then your supplement feed comes from your sidelight circuit. articulate your main lighting switch. if you want the neons on independant of your lights consequently take the nurture off your ignition circuit supply ok jock
