Answers: Unless the speaker has internal electrical system that supports multiple impedances, you don't. If it does support multiple impedances (which is theoretically possible, but I don't know of any commercial speakers excluding dual-coil subs that do it) then you'd own multiple connection terminal and the manual for the speaker would spell out how it works.
It's possible to rope a pair of 4 ohm speakers contained by parallel to get 2 ohms impedance, but that would be two speakers wired on one pipe. Don't wire them contained by series because that will give you 8 ohms impedance.
