I've found a deal contained by my Sunday paper i'm looking into. I want to acquire some bass running in my motor. Recently installed a new radio commander along with speakers.

With this amplifier, will it overpower the music with bass? It's singular a 2 channel amp correct? Meaning singular the subs will be amplified? What type of performance can I expect from this pack?
If I do purchase it, I'm going to have a buddy install it for me, so I'm not worried roughly installation fees and whatnot. I just want to know if I should carry this, and if not what should I go and get? I'm slightly concerned about the brand, I've never hear of SPX...
Not other....that is a no pet name brand that is individual going to be around on the holidays to get you contained by their store. Last year circuit city had something EXACTLY similar to that, it was call the Magnum bass package. I wouldn't be surprised if they be made by the same company.
If you look at the amp specs you will find within is NO rating. This could mean you are buying a 10w amp for adjectives you know. The subs are the only entry that has a power rating. If it is resembling the magnum bass package later the subs are made out of paper too.
You get hold of what you pay for within car audio, as within most things in natural life. Spend a little more and you will be much happier.

Keep looking. There is no mode that system can even come close to the wattage specified.
A good amp will be surrounded by the $0.50 to $1 per watt RMS range.
Look for CEA-2006 compliant amps and find subs that enjoy a sensitivity of 91 dB or higher.
