I got a car stereo for Christmas, and I hold many friends that know how to install them, but my car have the theftlock device. Does that effect anything involving the stereo, or will it make any difference at all?? If so, is in that any way to get around it?? Answers: Check with your local stereo shop as to the trademark, model,and year of the car and they will tell you for free if this will produce a problem. Then you can decide if you want to do it yourself or have a pro do it.
