I have two 12" W3v3's 8ohms each, Looking at buying a kicker ZX450.2. Will this be perfect if i wire the subs to 4ohms and bridge the amp?
Also When i bridge it will both subs "see" 450 watts or will it be 225 each?

I would suggest a 500-600 watt rms class D amp. First of all, you enjoy less current draw vs power than you will have beside a class A/B 2 channel. You might consider finding a 500/1 online or maybe a Memphis PR 500.1 (500rms(a)1ohm).
