I bought it on boxing day, December 26th, I cracked the cone a bit, about a 1 inch crack, and in the order of 1/4 of an inch sideways, two small cracks.
Will I be covered in warranty?

If you own a warranty then it should be covered, but it will sound resembling crap the way it is right now.
Answers: Not if you bring up to date them you did it. Try telling them that you just have the volume cranked and you noticed the sound transmutation, then you noticed the crack.
