i have 2 12" kicker cvr's. i had them surrounded by single sealed boxes with 1.5 cu ft airspace. wasn't completely impressed. i built my own ported enclosure with 2.25 cu ft airspace for respectively sub. hooked them up to a kicker 750.1 and this thing bangs easier said than done. hope this helps

Answers:    Ported for Louder bass ( Boomy), Sealed for Deeper, tighter bass, also if the sub is in a Kicker tuned box, it probably won't obtain much louder, and seeing that the subs are only 150 Rms each, you would unequivocally want to go ported. If you could find another box like the one you already own, you should be alright.
