Ok I want to get a 12" or a 15" not sure, just what ever is going to hit really knotty. That is all I am looking for the solid hard thump that you get the impression. Don't have alot of money about $150-200. and I am looking for something that can appropriate at least 1000 rms, and needs to be a dvc 2-ohm. also I won't hold alot of space because it is going to be in a single cab s-10. from what I hold learned for some good spl you obligation to put them in a ported box, which I can build thats not a problem. just don't judge I can get alot of cu ft behind the form, but I will build it as big as the truck will allow. any suggestions? I doubt you'll be able to get a sub beside 1000rms and an amp for less than $200 that doesnt sound similar to crap. but in a smaller truck you dont need 1000rms. beside subs, sound quality is more critical. i used to have a JL w6 (12'') with an 800watt amp contained by my sedan and it hit hard as f***. you could get a w3 (12'') and an amp for underneath 200 and in your truck it'll sound damn worthy. but trust me you dont need 1000rms and if you buy a sub that powerful for dirt cheap it'll have HORRIBLE nouns quality.
