just ordered two 12" 300watt rms 800max 2, 4, or 8 ohm experienced single vcoil subs. w/ 400watt rms 800max 4ohm only mono amp. subs are 8 ohm(wired within 4ohm config by manufac)can i add a 2nd similar amp?
Answers: First of all , did that first guy who answered enjoy a clue as to what the hell question be? That like me asking how to put within a new buoyant bulb and him telling me how electricity be invented. Get that man a F&#kin clue. Now for the answer. Technically you COULD add another amp that would be 4ohm stable approaching a good 2 furrow bridged but that would really seem kinda pointless seeing as that bundle was made to be adjectives inclusive (whether that be good or bleak.) I also have the response that the 300 rms watts probably is for the whole entity and not per sub seeing as that would most definitely take home the price more.
pretty easy
merely run 4 or 8 gauge lead from battery to trunk...hook it up to amp ground amp, put rcas surrounded by headunit with remote flex...put speaker wire contained by subs to amp..ur done...sounds hard but hardest module is hiding everything under the see panels..making the ground is kinda complicated i guess if u have a drill its simple..remmeber for grounding u wanna drill (sandpaper) past its sell-by date the paint where ur grounding it at
