Im gonna try to get the ZX750.1 MONO CLASS D AMP is it gonna be satisfactory power to power that sub in a hermetically sealed box?
Answers: i think to be exact a decent amp choice, anything over influence 1000 watts will require some electrical upgrades, and doubleing to even 1500 watts will only gain you 3db, and coinsidering the cost of alternators, battery and the big 3, personaly i would stayy under 1000 watts, and i did i am at around 800. and its loud.. plenty loud for me... near a L7's you should get greatly respectable volume out of a 750 watt amp without the spare cost of upgrades.
i have 2 10" L5s and i use a Rockford Fosgate BD1000
and i still reckon they can handle more and iv get that **** cranked up
