I just get a brand new system surrounded by my '00 Saturn. I have a 12" Alpine Type-R Sub surrounded by the trunk, and it sounds great inside the car. The merely problem is outside the car, adjectives you can hear is the rattling of my backside license plate frame. Does anyone know of any ideas (while preserving the look of the frame) to seize it to stop rattling. Or does anyone know of any Specialized License plate frames that are rattle-Free?? I enjoy heard of the Dynamat License plate frames, but i do not close to how they look and how they say "My stereo is better than yours" or something stupid resembling that on the top.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Answers: Put some foam (or cardboard) inside the frame so it fill the space between the frame and the plate to absorb the shock. That will silence it.
