Sub Problem. Details Inside?

I recently have some work done on my car, and I'm guessing that the battery-operated was unplugged for a long time of time while it was man worked on. Anyway, I lost the settings on my headunit and the bass is coming out of the speakers, not the sub. Also, when I check on my head part, the sub is turned on. What could be the problem?
