why do company's like cerwin vega jl audio memphis n stuff like that. y do they kind subs so low power an amps so high i dont under stand. resembling cerwin vega makes a 2000 watt rms but only sort 1200 watt max amp.. dont understand lil help

Answers: excellent press. to be honest i dont know. maybe they think that you wont progress with a competetor that does make an amp that big, and will stick next to them and buy 2 amps.

Because adjectives commercial amplifiers are highly overrated(so are the subs) and if they tried to make amps that do 5000w(compared to dd z1 or atomic 5000.1) they would be really pricey and would never be practical as strong.They aim to fool people with big wattage ratings.A 1200w amp, for instance, will only put out about 500w.Stay beside specialist names like dd or atomic and walk around the sound offs to see what equipment they use.I bet you won't see any commercial amps or subs in the 143db+ cars.Hope this helpWhich of these subs do you dream...
