I have a 2007 conformity coupe EX. It comes with a 6 cd changer already but I want to put some JL Audio 12W7 subwoofers near a JL Audio 500/1 amplifier. Should I buy a new deck to breed it sound better or should I basically keep the stock conformity and put in trial subs?
Answers: To keep the factory look and conserve lolly, use a high rank converter and just incorporate subs,its not worth changing the radio b/c u also lose the pocket and it looks kinda cheezy, or u spend 200 bucks for simply the metra repalcement kit,any way u lose the 6 disc convenience. you may wanna bring back a sub control so u can adjust the gains from the front.
I would spend the extra money to loose change to an aftermarket. The start to a really good system is the deck and factory deck just dont cut it.
