Is it possible to supply a simple...

Answers:    Hit continuously? What do you show by hit?

Basically, with not anything input, the subs should be still.

Try removing the audio input from the amp to see if your issue is between the head component and the amp.
If you get crash then, you know its not a ground-loop or chief unit interface issue.

If you basically get a single "bump" from the subs when you put power to them (but they don't launch forward or towards the back and stay there), it might just be that the amp take a second to stabilize. Might want to look at a power cap.

If you achieve a bump where the speakers stay pushing out or pulling surrounded by, then your amp's not biased properly and expected needs repair.

There are a few thoughts -- hope they minister to... considering I'm not sure what "hit" means surrounded by this context.

Question just about motor cd deck.?

I dont think it would be a grounding problem. I'm guessing the wires are hooked up wrong to the amp or it could be something wrong beside the head element. It could be sending some weird signal to the amp which sends it to the subs. I would print stale an Internet pict. of how to hook up the amp an see if you catch something. I a moment ago cant see how the ground wire could be cause the subs to produce waves.
