okay i have a dual 12" eclipse subs that are 4ohm 500 watts rms and a fosgate amp thats 400 watts rms. in my saloon when i put up the volume to 24/35, the subs take a moment to hit. it seems approaching the alternator cant push enough power through because with the alt. sour it does the same thing at 21/35. i dont believe i inevitability a cap, so what can i do so that i can turn up the volume and show its potential.
