Does anyone have tips on making burned CD's play surrounded by car stereos? My vehicle is a '96 and has a stock compact disc player. It takes a while of inserting and reinserting the burned compact disc to be read and play. My friend licks his CD's to brand name them play, and it works for his car, but it didn't work for mine.

my moms 05 corolla does it. and my car which is a 1996 concord has an aftermarket pioneer within it. works great. im unsure how long its been contained by teh car though. i bought it used. but it still works. played everything
