What is wrong next to my setup??

I have a 1200 Watt Soundstorm amp and 2 12" Cerwin Vega VMAX subs. I can bridge the amp to either sub and catch awesome bass. I can also connect the left + and - terminals of the amp to the vanished sub and get great bass. When I connect the right + and - terminals of the amp to the right sub, I STILL find great bass. But when I hook both subs up to the amp at the same time, I get a nouns somewhat like distortion. The subs won't perform and nouns like CRAP. Does anyone have a clue why this may be? I am still running a stock CD player (6 disc in-dash) and enjoy my RCA's connect to both rear 6x9's in the truck. The subs and amp I have prior to this set worked fine when fully connected.

Amp nouns to speakers?

check if both subs are wire contained by phase. both positive leads out of the amp to the positive terminal on the subs. negatives matching way. It's possible one is wired that way and the other isn't

What do you feel something like MA...

the amp is not bridgble is what it is wire them right an it will be ok. cerwin vega r the best.

Best Subs For My Truck?

Answers:    Ok. it sounds like you are presenting the amp with an disappointing ohm load. If you have both +'s on a sub hooked together and duplicate with the -'s than that is parallel and very soon the sub is 2ohms basically. If you then hook both of the those resulting wires contained by parallel you now have a sub setup at 1 ohm. I'm not sure that amp will do 1 ohm. What you will probably own to do is a series-parallel setup. On each sub connect one side's + to the other side's -. You now enjoy an unused + and - on opposite coil connections. Take those and run the wires to your terminal cup(s). Now just connect adjectives your +'s to the amp and all your negative's to the amp. You now own a 4 ohm load.

What he said \|/, but you said 'sounding like distortion' so I stayed away from this idea.
