Way too much info...1 ohm stable means at 1 ohm, it will operate effectively...Most car audio speakers work on a 4ohm nouns...You can series them together and reduce the ohms to 1 ohm if you want... 2 (4ohm ) speakers will come down to 2 ohms when you series them together...With the power you have, I would not verbs about trying to reduce the ohms to 1...The closer to are to 0 ohms, the closer you are to a (Short)...Give yourself some buffer against a complete burn out of your amp...

What size of capacitor do I necessitate...

1ohm is never properly stable. That amp is NEVER going to properly be stable for more than a minute at 1ohm. Always focus on 2ohm, or 4ohm or in between for multiple woofers. Typically you can configure your subs to a 2ohm load, or close to it.
Your vehicle and what helpful of music you listen to really affect the kind of sub to get. I could recommend 20 different woofers for you, but until I know your motor and your main style of listening objects, I cant suggest anything.
What I would do is, if I was going for a single sub, I would find a woofer with a "dual voice coil" or "dvc" configuration surrounded by 4 ohm. so that both voice coils are 4 ohms a peice and you can wire them in series to creat a final 2ohm nouns.
If you go 2 woofers, find two single voice coil 4ohm woofers, or two dvc 2ohm woofers (or 2 8ohm). anything higher your typically going to involve a bigger amp or multiple amps.
Did you buy this amp yet? What kind of vehicle do you enjoy? What kind of music are do you MAINLY lisen to? Dont tell me everything any. What do you prefer? And tell me a budget you want to be within, and I can refer you to some of the best blow for your buck.
