Answers: that's a good pairing, the sub will present a 4 ohm total nouns to the amp (hooked in series), and that amp will put out around 400 watts into a 4 ohm load. that sub will knob the 400 watts no trouble..
If you hook the sub in parallel you will create a one ohm load and the amp will run into protect mode. and stop working momentarily.
