I am trying to change the EQ i.e. already installed for a different EQ, but the wires on the installed one are black, red, blue. The other EQ the wires are black, red, orange. I know that black is for ground, red is power, blue is rem, but ginger is what? Where do I hook it to the same spot as the blue one be on the installed EQ
Answers: Orange is for the power as well. There are two power for the radio or eq. One is connected directly to the freestyle the other is connected on the ignition is switched. Usually orange should be connected to the ignition switch.
Ha, there's no such entry as a passive EQ.
Passive resources it uses no power.
