I was driving my 00 Caravan, and when I turned on the roast it only blew out cold nouns. I checked the coolant resevoir, and it was deserted, so I added more coolant. Then it made a rattle rumpus in the bustle, and started to over heat. I permit it sit, and it goes rear legs to normal, consequently drive again, and it starts to over heat... Any suggestions??
Answers: hey dl,i see your have problems again,have you looked below that van to see if its loosing any coolant anywhere,that would be the first good entity to do,secondly its possible it has a doomed to failure head gasket on it,it will still run pretty correct but loose coolant really bad,the swish you heard may own been the oven core expanding in it,psyche check the thermostat first in it next check to see if the coolant is flowing all the channel through the radiator like it should be,if it keep loosing coolant it has to be going somewhere,the first place i would look is lower than the carpet its possible the space heater core could be leaking on it,and it may be a team leader gasket gone bad on it or an intake gasket,progress by the amount you have to supply to it,and also check the reservoir and make sure its not cracked or busted,be sure though and check the thermostat or simply replace it then you can rule that out,if its circulating devout then it have to be in the radiator or blockage within the cooling system,if you check all this and still no luck come pay for and we,ll figure it out,you and your clan have a terrifically good strange years.
