My Uncle has a van that the engine reading light keeps coming on. It doesn't come on adjectives the time, just definite times.
The light comes on at intervals and would close to to find someone or some where near the flash codes. (The options to turn push button on and off # of times to procure engine code).
If someone can help, I would be greatly indebted.
Answers: I asked my brother, he's a mechanic. He said to take the van to Auto Zone, Advance, or any other mechanic shop and ask them to hook it up to the scanner. They do it for free. He said it could be your O2 sensor, or beneath your steering wheel, or it could be a quantity of problems, but your best bet is to take it Auto Zone or Advance, inflict it could be something that can't be fixed or you don't necessarily have to catch fixed. He has an (2) Astros himself. Hope this is adjectives. My opinion, from dealing next to my own car problems, is that it might be the O2 sensor, but I'm not a mechanic and my brother is certified.
