1998 ford explorer backside brake bedside light bulb. How do you get hold of the chalice sour?

1998 ford explorer rear brake feathery bulb.

How do you get the chalice off? I saw 2 screw and took them out but it still seemed a bit tough to verbs off. I didn't want to break it. Do I lately give it a well-mannered tug, or use a screwdriver to pry it off? Are in that more them 2 screws here?

I don't need a ticket, and I don't judge I should pay a mechanic 15.00 to do this. I lately need to bring off the reverse assemble without breaking it.

Please relate me the right way.

Thanks.

Answers:    which brake oil lamp are you trying to get to? if it is the gone or right brake light (same lens as your tail lights) a short time ago remove the 2 screws at the to and pry it sour. pulling straight back towards the reverse of the suv.
if it is the 3rd brake, aka high mount brake flimsy, i don't remember off the top of my herald. if it is almost the width of the vechicle, you may involve the balast for it. if it is small, it should be just a couple screw and pull it stale
