which one is it?? I dont have a owners manual, its resembling -5 outside and I got about 25 different fuses to choose from. I call autozone, o'rileys and the Ford dealer, nobody can help. What I could really use is a diagram from the owners booklet or a chiltons or something, please help turn my frown, upside down :(
Answers: It is located in the engine compartment, at the passenger side front location. To access it, requires removal of the upper air cleaner housing. Under that, you will see the cover for the fuses and relays in that location. There are two relays beside each other. One services the washer pump for the flipside wiper, and the one beside it, services the front washer pump. If you know what you're doing, you can remove the relay and supply direct power to verify that the washer pump(s) are working. Hope this helps.
ADDED: WOW! This is the first time someone has in actuality posted pics after I answered their question. But, yes those are the ones. The two smallest relays on the side facing the rear of the vehicle are your front and reverse washer pump relays. The washer pumps are located at the bottom of the washer reservoir on the passenger side of the engine compartment, and are one-piece with the coolant overflow bottle, which I'm sure you know already. If you jumper those relays you should be capable of hear the corresponding washer pump power up. It's nice to know that I was descriptive enough within my answer to your question. Let me know how you make out.
