I can't afford $800+ for catalyst converter change at salesperson. Is it easy and cheap to do myself? I see lots of different prices for converters, which is best?
Answers: All you want it the correct replacement for your car's engine, you should shop around and buy the least expensive one,-DO NOT GO TO THE DEALER for this work... you can find heaps MOM&POP muffler shops in the local PHONE book and not nearby prces/labor.
