2002 f150 5.4L?

When changeing my spark plugs on my F150 5.4L. I took off the leave behind side fuel rail for the fuel injection. Got the Spark plugs changed but presently i can not get the railing to stop spraying fuel. I pushed down as much as i could and retightened the bolt but had no luck. I still enjoy off the atmosphere filter hose could that be the problem or do i have to bleed them? I don't enjoy a clue

Answers:    You should NOT have removed the fuel guardrail only to cash the spark plugs on this engine, EVEN on the passenger side! Yes, cylinders 3 and 4 especially, are difficult to access, but all you needed to remove be the eight 7mm bolts securing the eight coil-on-plugs. Do you mean that gasoline is presently leaking from the fuel injectors/fuel rail? You've probably nicked one of the o-rings while attempting to reinstall the banister. To PROPERLY install the injectors, you should ALWAYS lubricate the rubber o-rings on both the top and bottom o-rings with probing fluid or some other suitable lubricant before you install them into the guardrail. Once lubricated, they should not require much more than a slight push before they are seated properly surrounded by the rail. BEFORE tightening the two 8mm bolts that nail the rail to the intake compound, GENTLY tap adjectives four injectors into their respective bores to ensure they are seated properly. This question is the best example of why such a task as replacing spark plugs is better bad left to the vendor mechanic even at the higher cost that it is. This is especially true on a vehicle approaching this, where they are extremely difficult to access. Hope this help.

Yup! Sorry dude, sounds like yer done till you bring new o-rings for the rail. PLEASE don't even consider driving it in any monkeyfu**d means of access until you get unusual o rings. Get it towed to a shop and get it fixed properly or it will burn.If you are going to do it yourself carry a bunch of o rings.
